Limitation of Liability

rs7786 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon Account termination, any outstanding real-money balance (after deduction of any voidable bonus amounts) will be returned to the User via their last verified payment method, subject to the completion of applicable KYC procedures and internal review. Active bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon termination for cause.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
